A Boy, answering to the name John Rawlins (living on the Rocks) was found on the South Head Road, at about 11 o'clock on the night of the 11th instant. The boy may be had by applying to Sergeant William Hodges, Sydney Police, Darlinghurst.

POLICE ACT. - There were several convictions under this Act yesterday. John Murphy, for an assault upon Sergeant Hodge, who had him in custody for disorderly conduct, was sentenced to pay a penalty of 40s. and costs, or be imprisoned for one month.
